First, we provide an on-site evaluation to verify your property’s current condition. Next, we present you with a photo documented report noting all maintenance and repairs needed for each individual property. This report will include an itemized list of estimates for each recommended repair or maintenance service. Based on the evaluation report, you choose which improvements OREO Management, Inc. completes.
